Hazard, Ky. -- Apostles Publishing, a new name
in the Christian publishing market, recently went
through a phase of re-branding themselves. When the
phase was complete, the new organization emerged
with a new logo, mission, site design, and eCommerce
system.
While Apostles Publishing, now formally known as
Apostles Publishing Group, still desires to equip
churches to change lives, they have reformulated
their main goal: to make ministry easier for the
local churches. This concept is embodied in their
new slogan "Ministry made easy™."
Breaking away from the bright red and blue, their
new logo, depicted above, is meant to convey the
idea of breaking the mold of what some have in mind
for a Christian publisher. Apostles Publishing is
cutting edge, creative, and, perhaps, a little
artsy. Their new logo, along with the corresponding
site design, works to express those ideals.
Their re-branding also included a significant amount
of behind-the-scenes work on their order management
and processing system. "The legacy system was
becoming more and more dated," Josh Mullins,
Director of Product Development said in regards to
the new ZenCart system. "We needed a turnkey
application that would help to streamline processes
and better equip us for the future."
The new system eliminates the need for PayPal and
allows for Apostles' upcoming downloadable products
line to be offered online.
