We're committed to getting your order to you as
quick as possible! Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business
day, but during peak times or at times of low stock, orders can take
up to 3-4 business days to process. We will notify you by email if
your order will be delayed.
We ship all domestics orders via USPS Priority Mail, unless you have
utilized a discount code entitling you to free shipping. Domestic
orders shipped free are sent via USPS Media Mail.
USPS Priority Mail
Package typically arrives to most areas within 2-3 business
days.
USPS Media Mail
Depending upon location from our warehouse, package typically
arrives within 2-6 business days.
For International orders, we ship packages via USPS First Class
International, formerly known as Airmail Post. Canadian shipments
will ship for the same price as U.S. Domestic shipments. Customers
from countries other than the U.S. and Canada will be responsible
for all applicable shipping charges. Please contact us for an
estimate.
Customer is also responsible for any fees assessed by Customs to
have their package delivered.
Returning Products
Need to return something to us?
If the product has not been opened, or is still in re-saleable
condition, you can return the item to us, provided that it is within
30 days from the date of shipment. Downloadable products are not
eligible for return.
You must receive a Return Authorization Code in order to receive
a refund. Orders arriving at our facilities without a R.A.C. will be
eligible for store credit only. To receive a code, email
info@apostlespub.com with your name, order number, and the item(s)
to be returned.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred in
order to return the product, unless the product is defective.
Refunds are for the amount of purchase, minus shipping costs. Orders
shipped for free will have the USPS Media Mail cost deducted from
refund amount.
